1. Bug requiring menu to be placed at (0, 0) has been fixed.
2. New parameter has been added to enable the hand cursor on rollOver.
3. New method, setRollOverCursor() has been added to match above new property.
4. SetIcons(), before undocumented, has been added to the help.

Userguide and help have been updated with the new information.
