The flashGuestbook component's admin mode is used to modify the contents of your database without using the Flash component. It is also used to approve entries, making them visible in your guestbook.
1. The admin section of your installation is located inside the 'adminModule', which is inside the 'php' folder, which is inside the 'script' folder. The url to your admin section should look something like 'http://www.mysite.com/script/php/adminModule/'. Open this file in a browser.
2. Enter the username and password you entered in step 6 of the Server Installation section of this userguide. Then click 'Submit'.
1. To edit a message locate the entry you wish to change and click the pencil icon in the 'Edit' column.
2. Make the changes you wish to make to the current entries.
3. Click 'Update'.
1. To delete a message locate the entry you wish to remove.
2. Click the cross icon in the 'Delete' column.
1. To approve or block an entry, locate the entry you wish to approve/block.
2. Click the approve/block link in the left column.
