1) First, ensure you have completed the basic tutorial.
2) The component's default skin is installed with the component. To edit it, open 'Window > Common Libraries > DesignersPollAssets' in Flash.
Click on the 'DesignersPollAssets' folder and drag it to Library of your Flash Document.
3) Double-click on the 'DesignersPollSkin' movieclip in the library to edit it. You should not delete any movieclips or textfields and their instance names should remain unchanged. You can edit positions, buttons and text field formatting to achieve your desired look.
4) Select the designersPoll component on your stage and open the component inspector panel. Enter 'DesignersPollSkin' (without the quotes) as the value of the 'Skin MovieClip' parameter.
5) Save your file and test it.
